PRODUCT RETURNS

 

Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize here at NuEyes Customs.


Need to Return a product?

To return a product at NuEyes Customs, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our Customer Service Department at customerservice@nueyescustoms.com, or by telephone at (801)430-5735.

NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.  NO EXCEPTIONS

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item part number
- Nature of the problem

In general, NuEyes Customs accepts returns on merchandise from manufacturers within 10 days. However, NuEyes Customs reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.

Conditions of Returns
1. We will not accept unauthorized returns of any kind. If you wish to return an item you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No exception. Return authorization is valid for 10 days only.
2. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge.
3. We reserve the right to offer store credit at our discretion on returns.
4. We do not accept returns after 30 days from invoice date.
5. There are no returns on electrical parts or special orders.
6. There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found defective by us
7. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or in original product packaging that is missing or damaged, will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer if requested, at the customer's expense.
8. Items that fail or are damaged due to customer abuse, negligence, or improper installation techniques are not returnable under any circumstances, so please take care of the parts while they are in your possession.

IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward ONE of the following:

 

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • A FULL CASH REFUND

 

Original Shipping Charges are not Refunded on Returned Items.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to
NuEyes Customs on returned items, and NuEyes Customs will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 7 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at NuEyes Customs discretion.
Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
